(MENSA) Colorcon-Modified Release Forum

Sheraton Media Hotel, Jakarta - Colorcon and PT. Menjangan Sakti organised Modified Release Forum on 17 May 2005 at Sheraton Media Hotel, Jakarta. This full day seminar presented various interesting topics on current Modified Release Technologies.

The speakers are the technical experts from Colorcon such as Ali Siahboomi Ph.D - Global Technical Director of MR Technologies, Yap Eng Seng - Area Technical Manager of Colorcon SE Asia, Mike Easterbrook, B.Pharm., M.R.Pharm.S - Technical Director Colorcon Asia Pacific, Dr Abhijit V Gothaskar – Global Technical Manager of MR Technologies.
We had Ali Siahboomi, Ph.D who presented about an overview of current MR Technologies and The Processing and Manufacturing of HPMC Matrices. Following up by other speakers who presented interesting topics about Enteric Coating System and Case Studies (by Yap Eng Seng), Barrier Coated Multiparticulate Systems (by Mike Easterbrook), Extended Release Formulations Using Hydrophilic Matrices (by Dr Abhijit V Gothaskar)

We also invited the local technical expert in Modified Release Technologies, Prof. Goeswin Agoes, to share his expertise on "Sistem Penghantar Obat Oral Dengan Pelepasan Dimodifikasi".
