(Mensa) 2003 Colorcon Coating School

Shanghai - To continuously support and update pharmaceutical customers with the development and advancement of coating technology, Colorcon hold Coating School periodically. In Asia Pacific region the coating school are conducted at Shanghai. In May 2004, we sent representatives of Kimia Farma, Dexa Medica, Dankos, SOHO, Phapros, and Indofarma to attend the course. In the Coating School, customer is provided with knowledge on the basics of film coating technology. The course topics include the theory and application of Film Coating, Modified Release Film Coating Technology, Excipients, and Coating Optimization. Besides, customer is given hands-on experience with laboratory scale and production coating machinery, troubleshooting and on-going advancements in tablet coating formulation.
