Landson Held Excellent Customer Service Training

End of July, Landson held Excellent Customer Service Training for 137 employees of Mulia Insani Hospital at Cikupa, Tangerang. This training aimed to improve knowledge and skills of hospital staff in providing their excellent service to customers. With the training materials presented by Mr. Thonang Effendi, followed the games by Feby, all participants looked seem very enthusiastic and excited, even more than 90% of them stated that the training is very beneficial for customer service improvement, both internal and external.
