HR Corporate held HRIS training on 3-4 August 2011. Attended by 20 participants from all over the HR Business Unit, the training aims to make every HR SBU understand how to use the Human Resources Information System. Under instructions from WIDYATECH as Corporate HR is vendor, training on how to use the menu performance management system was held on the first day. This menu is used as an employee appraisal system. Other menu resumed training continued on the second day.
